The quantity element is described by three metrics: actual evapotranspiration
fraction to precipitation during drought, precipitation minus actual
evapotranspiration during average conditions, and groundwater basin
boundaries. Two metrics represent the element condition, actual
evapotranspiration fraction to precipitation during drought, and precipitation
minus actual evapotranspiration during average condition (indicated by
asterisks). The condition of water quantity element is represented by the
average of the condition scores for these two metrics.
